The APA is the first office tenant at the ambitious mixed-use project being developed along the waterfront of Southwest D.C.
Clear is providing complete Owner Representation and Project Management Services of NIB's 80,000 SF LEED Gold headquarters building in Northern Virginia. The Project is currently in the entitlement and design phase, delivery at the end of 2017. Clear staff is managing all aspects of the project, including rezoning and site plan administration, base building design/construction, interior space design/construction, and related specialized building requirements.
Clear is providing Owner Representation and Development Management services for the Bethesda Chevy Chase Fire & Rescue Squad. BCCRS currently operates on 2.08 acres at Battery Lane in Bethesda, Maryland, currently zoned R-60. The current facility, built in 1976, consists of approximately 25,000 square feet of multi-use space. To that end, BCCRS realizes the potential value of the property for a complete mixed-use development incorporating a new BCCRS rescue squad facility. The site's size and configuration can accommodate a multi-family building and a new BCCRS. Clear is managing the zoning, design and the Development Management of the project.
Kirkland & Ellis, LLC is relocating to a to-be-built trophy office building at 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW in Washington, DC by Quadrangle development. The client will be designing a new modern workspace, including modern food service areas for their clients, partners, associates and staff, commuicating stair and an exclusive terrace. Clear staff is providing complete Owner Representation Services including, Project Oversight of the Base Building Improvements, and Project Management of the Tenant Improvements.
Riverside Baptist Church is redeveloping their current site in Southwest DC at the Warf in partnership with PN Hoffman. The project will include a new modern church and a multi-family building. PN Hoffman is the developer in the execution of the Project. Clear is advocating on behalf of the Church. Clear staff is providing complete Owner Representation Services including, Project Oversight of the Base Building Improvements, and Project Management of Tenant Improvement.
